Realtor Rewards Program

Plus, we will notify you immediately if the owner of the property decides to sell later.

Have a client who wants to buy but can't right now? If you show a property to your client and they lease it, we'll pay you $100.00 or 20% of the leasing fee, whichever is greater. All you have to do is tell them to put your name on the lease agreement when they sign it and send it back. A check will be sent to your broker within the next two weeks.
